Card Activation

Once you receive both your card and PIN you will need to activate your card before you can begin to use the card.

Visit www.adcu.com.au, logon to 'Online Banking' and select 'Other' from the menu to activate your card.

Alternatively call 1300 13 23 28, select option 2 for 'Phone Banking' and then select option 7 to activate your card.

ADCU Low Rate Visa Card - Once your credit card is activated, funds will be made accessible the following business day.

Visa Debit Card/ Redicard - Once your credit card is activated, you should allow 30 minutes before you use the card for the first time.
