Established in 1959, The Australian Defence Credit Union offers a wide range of competitive financial services primarily to Australian Defence Force personnel, their families and friends.

This full time role is for 76 hours per fortnight.

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Insurance Member Service Officer.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Excellent customer service and phone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self motivation, a positive attitude and desire to develop
  • Ability to work within a team

The Insurance Member Service Officer will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring sales targets are met
  • Handling enquries to identify members insurance needs
  • Providing information on a range of insurance products
  • Follow up sales leads and identify cross-selling opportunities to ensure sales targets are met
