This full time role is for 76 hours per fortnight.
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Insurance Member Service Officer.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Excellent customer service and phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivation, a positive attitude and desire to develop
- Ability to work within a team
The Insurance Member Service Officer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring sales targets are met
- Handling enquries to identify members insurance needs
- Providing information on a range of insurance products
- Follow up sales leads and identify cross-selling opportunities to ensure sales targets are met
